its second life meets minority report. microsoft live labs have created two new applications which offer a beautiful new way to view the world online: firstly photosynth; which networks the enormous wealth of photographical information stored on the web to create a three dimensional virtual representation of the world as seen the the camera lense of you. popular sites, especially landmark buildings, are able to be viewed in extreme detail. architectural history will never be the same… . the second is seadragon; which promises to change the way we use screens…. eliminating the limitations of resolution, bandwidth… i wonder what apple has up its sleeve…. watch the demo its super cool.
